What you will accomplish in this role

The Change Manager is responsible for enabling the execution of the Change Management strategy for iterative product development within Digital Transformation & Innovation (DT&I) and reports to the Director of Change Management for DT&I Products. This role will develop people adoption strategies and deliver interventions to realize transformation in healthcare delivery. This role will work with an interdisciplinary team, leaders and colleagues at HCA Healthcare innovation sites to enable agile testing and development, and prepare implementation teams for enterprise-wide deployment of DT&I products.

What you will do in this role:

  • Collaborate with DT&I team, leaders and innovation locations to understand the issues and challenges involved in driving change for iterative products.
  • Leveraging an agile change management approach, build and test solutions elbow to elbow with interdisciplary teams to inform the execution of large scale, enterprise-wide strategic initiatives.
  • Execute product-centric change management strategy leveraging DT&I’s Change Management Framework to realize DT&I transformation objectives.
  • Execute Change Impact Assessment and Change Readiness Assessment frameworks for care model and care delivery initiatives.
  • Monitor metrics measuring impact of agile change interventions in driving successful change.
  • Ensure utilization of adoption/training programs for technology implementations and clinical innovation initiatives.
  • Implement targeted and agile approaches to manage change leadership and workforce transition.
  • Manage concerns and perspectives across key stakeholder groups (e.g., physicians, nurses, revenue cycle, IT, leadership), to build tailored Change Management solutions.
  • Effectively navigate the HCA network across stakeholder groups and functional areas, to support adoption of DT&I products and solutions.

What qualifications you will need:

  • Bachelor Degree (I/O Psychology or related field) - Required
  • Master Degree (I/O Psychology or related field) - Preferred
  • 5 -7 years of experience in healthcare and/or product-centric change management - Required

LICENSES, CERTIFICATION & TRAINING REQUIREMENTS:

  • Prosci Change Management Certification - Required

REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, ABILITIES, BEHAVIORS:

  • Previous Organizational Change Management leadership experience (innovation/start up environment, complex project experience and/or experience in a clinical setting is preferred), minimum 5 - 7 years
  • Fluent and current on Change Management trends (human centered, iterative methodology, product-centric change management preferred)
  • Excellent organizational, time-management, and interpersonal collaboration skills
  • Strong oral and written communication skills, including presentation skills
  • Innovative problem-solving expertise in environments of healthcare
  • Comfort utilizing technology, to include AI, to solve problems and complete tasks
  • Ability to build, develop, and sustain relationships
  • Strong facilitation skills

Work Location/Schedule:

  • Nashville, TN area (near Centennial Park)
  • Onsite: M-F, 8am – 5pm
