    Job Description

    Our client is seeking a Change Manager to lead enterprise-wide transformation initiatives, including ERP, HRIS, and digital programs. This role will drive end-to-end organizational change management (OCM) strategies to ensure successful adoption, alignment, and value realization.


    Responsibilities & Qualifications

    • Lead development and execution of end-to-end change management strategies
    • Conduct stakeholder analysis, change impact, and readiness assessments
    • Develop and deliver communication, training, and adoption plans
    • Facilitate workshops, stakeholder sessions, and leadership engagements
    • Design communication materials and enablement content
    • Partner with PMs, HR, IT, Finance, and business leaders
    • Define and track adoption metrics, risks, and change effectiveness
    • Support organizational design and future-state process documentation
    • Coach leaders and stakeholders to drive change adoption and sponsorship
    • Provide status reporting, risk management, and program updates
    • Support training development and execution activities

    Requirements

    • 7+ years of experience leading change management or transformation initiatives
    • Management consulting experience required
    • Experience with ERP implementations (Oracle Fusion preferred)
    • Strong knowledge of OCM methodologies (PROSCI preferred)
    • Experience working in complex, global organizations
    • Strong stakeholder management, coaching, and influencing skills
    • Experience with Agile and project management frameworks (PMP/Scrum preferred)
    • Ability to operate in fast-paced, ambiguous environments
    • Utilities or infrastructure industry experience is a plus
