• Develop and execute organizational change management (OCM) strategies and plans.
• Assess the impact of business and technology changes on stakeholders.
• Create stakeholder engagement and communication plans.
• Develop and deliver training materials and end-user readiness programs.
• Conduct change impact assessments and organizational readiness assessments.
• Manage resistance and support adoption of new processes, systems, and technologies.
• Collaborate with project managers, business leaders, HR, and technical teams.
• Track change adoption, benefits realization, and project success metrics.
• Facilitate workshops, meetings, and change-related communications.
• Ensure change management activities align with project timelines and business goals.
