recruiting a full -time Change Management Specialist – Level IV<\/b> to
support a mission -critical digital and financial transformation initiative for
a Department of Defense (DoD) agency. Our client is a boutique consulting firm
that specializes in strategic execution, financial modernization, IT systems
transformation, and Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) support for federal
agencies.<\/span>

What will you do<\/span><\/b>

In this role, you will serve as a
senior Change Management Specialist supporting large -scale change efforts tied
to federal financial modernization and digital transformation. You will lead
stakeholder communications, change readiness strategies, and training programs
to help federal teams adopt new systems, tools, and data -driven processes. The
ideal candidate brings extensive experience guiding organizational change
within the DoD, particularly in environments leveraging platforms like DAI,
ADVANA, and the Microsoft Power Platform.<\/span>
