BizFirst is assisting our client with recruiting a full -time Change Management Specialist – Level IV<\/b> to support a mission -critical digital and financial transformation initiative for a Department of Defense (DoD) agency. Our client is a boutique consulting firm that specializes in strategic execution, financial modernization, IT systems transformation, and Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) support for federal agencies.<\/span>

In this role, you will serve as a senior Change Management Specialist supporting large -scale change efforts tied to federal financial modernization and digital transformation. You will lead stakeholder communications, change readiness strategies, and training programs to help federal teams adopt new systems, tools, and data -driven processes. The ideal candidate brings extensive experience guiding organizational change within the DoD, particularly in environments leveraging platforms like DAI, ADVANA, and the Microsoft Power Platform.<\/span>

Responsibilities<\/span><\/b>
<\/p>

  • Lead organizational change initiatives to support digital transformation, ERP modernization, and process improvement within a federal financial environment<\/span>
    <\/li>
  • Design and execute strategic communications plans, stakeholder engagement campaigns, and change readiness assessments<\/span>
    <\/li>
  • Drive adoption of platforms and tools including DAI, ADVANA, Power BI, and Power Automate across distributed federal teams<\/span>
    <\/li>
  • Develop and deliver training programs tailored to analytics, automation, and systems integration initiatives<\/span>
    <\/li>
  • Provide expert guidance on transitioning to EPM/Hyperion environments and managing cultural and operational shifts<\/span>
    <\/li>
  • Capture lessons learned and implement iterative improvements to enhance adoption, understanding, and value realization<\/span>
    <\/li>
  • Collaborate closely with senior government leadership, IT, and financial management teams to align change strategies with mission goals<\/span>
    <\/li>
  • Support governance activities and ensure alignment with data management, compliance, and reporting standards<\/span>
    <\/li>
  • Prepare and deliver high -quality briefings, status updates, and communications deliverables to executive audiences<\/span>

    Requirements<\/span><\/b>
    <\/p>

    • Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution<\/span>
      <\/li>
    • More than 10 years of experience in change management, strategic communications, and organizational leadership<\/span>
      <\/li>
    • Demonstrated success supporting federal clients—particularly DoD or DCAA—through major digital or financial transformation initiatives<\/span>
      <\/li>
    • Proficiency with federal ERP and data platforms such as DAI, ADVANA, and Power Platform (Power BI, Power Automate)<\/span>
      <\/li>
    • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with experience tailoring messaging to diverse federal stakeholders<\/span>
      <\/li>
    • Skilled in conducting change readiness assessments, stakeholder analyses, and post -implementation reviews<\/span>
      <\/li>
    • Proven ability to manage training development and delivery across a wide range of technical and business topics<\/span>
      <\/li>
    • Familiarity with enterprise performance management systems like EPM/Hyperion<\/span>
