    Job Title: Change Management Coordinator
    Location: Phoenix, AZ (Locally Remote)
    Duration: 6-Month Contract


    Position Summary

    A leading organization is seeking a Change Management Coordinator to support the successful implementation of a Time & Labor project. This role focuses on coordinating change management activities, including communications, training, and stakeholder engagement, to ensure smooth adoption of new timekeeping tools and processes. The position will work closely with the Project Management Office (PMO) and project leadership.


    Key Responsibilities

    • Coordinate development and execution of the change management plan for payroll administrators and end users
    • Prepare and deliver clear project communications, timelines, and user guidance materials
    • Maintain stakeholder lists, track impacts, and monitor organizational readiness across departments
    • Support training logistics and create reference materials (job aids, FAQs, quick guides)
    • Collect, analyze, and escalate user feedback from pilot programs and rollout phases
    • Maintain change readiness dashboards, project calendars, and status reports
    • Provide support during cutover and go-live activities, including communication coordination

    Required Qualifications

    • Experience in change management coordination, HR operations, payroll/timekeeping, or project support
    • Strong communication, organization, and multitasking skills
    • Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and collaboration tools
    • Bachelor’s degree in a technical, business, or operations-related field
    • Familiarity with timekeeping systems such as UKG, Workday, or Kronos
    • Professional certification (PMP, Prosci/ADKAR, or similar) preferred
