Overview
- Key requirements: Prosci + ADKAR experience; strong facilitation, stakeholder engagement, and behavior-change delivery in regulated environments (healthcare preferred).
Responsibilities
- Plan and execute change management strategies for technical and non-technical projects, focusing on technology, business processes, initiatives, and organizational structures
- Identify project risks and develop mitigation strategies to ensure smooth transitions
- Apply established change management methodologies, communication planning, organizational readiness assessments, and stakeholder analyses
- Develop communication, change management, and training plans and materials, overseeing execution to promote adoption and minimize business disruption
- Assess organizational change requirements, including impact assessments, and coordinate structured rollout of changes to stakeholders
- Collaborate with program leadership and project teams to align on strategy and achieve business goals through stakeholder engagement and change adoption
- Create and deliver engaging change management presentations for executives, leaders, and project teams
- Advise and coach leadership on sponsorship, organizational change, and effectiveness
- Ensure project deliverables meet needs and deadlines, while supporting the development of change management skills across the organization
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Business, Management, Organizational Development, Organizational Leadership, Communications, or a related field
- 8 years of business, communications, and/or organizational change management experience
- In lieu of a Bachelor's degree, an additional 4 years of relevant work experience is required
- Deep knowledge of change management principles, methodologies, and tools
- Ability to establish and maintain strong relationships and foster collaboration
- Advanced influence skills and ability to work effectively at all levels of an organization
- Certification as a Change Management Professional (preferred)
