Job Title: Change Management Consultant

Location: Pleasanton, CA or San Francisco, CA (Hybrid; Onsite Once a week)

Duration: 9-month W2 contract (with possible extension)

Pay Rate: $65-$78/hour (depending on experience)

About the Role:

Russell Tobin is seeking an experienced Change Management Consultant to support a large-scale transformation initiative for a leading retail organization. This role will focus on driving cultural and organizational change by enabling leaders and teams to achieve sustainable performance improvements.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and support change management activities to drive organizational transformation and cultural evolution
• Conduct organizational readiness assessments, analyze results, and present findings to project teams and senior leadership
• Develop and recommend change strategies and plans aligned with business objectives
• Partner with leadership to identify and address organizational development and behavioral change challenges
• Design and deliver communication strategies to support change initiatives
• Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure successful rollout and adoption of programs

Required Qualifications:

• 6+ years of experience in change management, organizational development, or related field
• Proven experience driving culture change and improving organizational performance
• Strong experience conducting readiness assessments and translating insights into actionable plans
• Ability to influence and advise senior leaders on change strategies

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience supporting large, complex organizations
• Background in retail or consumer-facing industries is a plus
