Change Management Consultant - Retail (Remote - San Francisco Bay Area, CA)
We are seeking an experienced Change Management Lead to support a large-scale Global Point of Sale (GPOS) transformation initiative. This role will lead enterprise-wide change activities related to the replacement of POS hardware and software across multiple brands. The ideal candidate will bring strong experience leading enterprise transformation programs, conducting organizational readiness and impact assessments, and driving stakeholder engagement across cross-functional teams.
This is a 40-hour per week, 8-month contract (possible extension), a remote role in San Francisco Bay Area, California. The Candidate should be able to come into the client's office once or twice monthly.
This is a W2 role as a Stage 4 Solutions employee. Health benefits and a 401K are offered.
Responsibilities:
Lead change management activities for the Global Point of Sale (GPOS) program
Support the replacement of POS hardware (tablets) and software across all brands
Conduct organizational readiness assessments and evaluate results
Present summary findings and recommend change plans to project teams and senior leaders
Conduct impact assessments
Work cross-functionally with teams and stakeholders
Advise leadership teams on Organizational Development, Change, and Behavioral Change issues.
Requirements:
6+ years of experience as a change management practitioner.
Must be PROSCI trained or certified.
Prior experience leading a large, enterprise-level change initiative.
Experience working within large retail organizations is preferred.
Experience conducting impact assessments.
Strong cross-functional collaboration experience.
Highly experienced in stakeholder management.

Compensation: $70/hr. - $75/hr.
