Kforce has a client in Madison, WI that is seeking a Change Management Consultant who will lead enterprise change management for large, complex initiatives. This person owns the strategy and execution for the people side of change to drive adoption and deliver business outcomes. Responsibilities:
  • Own and execute end-to-end change management strategy for major programs
  • Build and manage detailed change plans (stakeholders, communications, training, adoption, sustainment)
  • Lead stakeholder, impact, and readiness assessments and turn insights into actionable plans
  • Identify and mitigate people-related risks and resistance points
  • Partner with PMO, program leaders, and executives to align on change strategy and outcomes
  • Drive awareness, engagement, and adoption across impacted business groups
  • Establish and lead change networks to gather feedback and support rollout
  • Guide communication and training strategies (not necessarily deliver all content)
  • Track progress, measure adoption, and report status to leadership
  • Coach project teams and leaders on change management best practices

Requirements:

  • Prosci certification (required)
  • 6+ years of Organizational Change Management experience on enterprise initiatives
  • Proven experience leading change for large, complex programs
  • Strong background in stakeholder management, communications, and adoption strategy
  • Ability to influence senior leaders and drive alignment
  • Experience building and executing structured change plans tied to business outcomes
  • Strong communication skills across all levels of the organization
Nice-to-have:
  • Experience working with PMOs or large program environments
  • Background in organizational development or business transformation
  • Experience mentoring or leading other change practitioners
What success looks like:
  • High adoption and sustained behavior change post-implementation
  • Clear, measurable impact on program outcomes and ROI
  • Strong leadership alignment and minimal resistance across stakeholders

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
