Position Overview

Our client is seeking an experienced Senior Change Management Lead to drive organizational change initiatives supporting large-scale business transformation programs. This role will focus on developing and executing enterprise-wide change management strategies, stakeholder engagement plans, executive communications, and adoption initiatives across multiple concurrent projects.

The ideal candidate will have extensive experience leading organizational change efforts within complex global organizations and partnering with executive leadership to ensure successful business transformation outcomes.


Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute comprehensive change management strategies for enterprise-wide transformation initiatives.
  • Assess organizational impacts and readiness across multiple business units and stakeholder groups.
  • Create and implement communication, engagement, and adoption plans that support successful change execution.
  • Partner with executive leadership and functional leaders to drive organizational alignment and change readiness.
  • Coach leaders at all levels, including Vice Presidents and C-suite executives, on effective change leadership practices.
  • Lead stakeholder analysis, change impact assessments, and resistance management activities.
  • Manage multiple change initiatives simultaneously while prioritizing competing business needs.
  • Design and deliver communications including presentations, newsletters, awareness campaigns, videos, intranet content, and executive messaging.
  • Collaborate with global and regional teams to coordinate communications, training, and engagement activities.
  • Drive continuous improvement of change management methodologies, tools, and best practices.
  • Support acquisition integrations, transformation programs, and business process modernization initiatives.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree required; Master's degree preferred.
  • 8+ years of experience in organizational change management, business transformation, or related disciplines.
  • Proven success leading large-scale enterprise change initiatives across global organizations.
  • Experience developing and executing change management and communications strategies.
  • Strong executive presence with experience influencing senior leaders and business stakeholders.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage complex stakeholder environments and cross-functional teams.
  • Excellent verbal, written, and presentation communication skills.
  • Strong project and program management capabilities.
  • Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, including PowerPoint, Excel, and Word.
  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, evolving environment.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Prosci ADKAR certification or training.
  • Experience with LaMarsh or similar change management methodologies.
  • Experience supporting mergers, acquisitions, or integration initiatives.
  • Global transformation experience within multinational organizations.
  • Experience supporting product lifecycle management (PLM), software development, or technology transformation programs.
  • Familiarity with SharePoint, Microsoft Project, Yammer/Viva Engage, and digital collaboration tools.
  • Experience leveraging AI tools such as ChatGPT, Microsoft Copilot, or Google Gemini for communications and change enablement activities.
  • Video production and digital content development experience.
