Job Summary: This role seeks an experienced professional to drive organizational culture change and enhance sustainable performance. You will assess readiness for change, advise leadership on development and behavioral strategies, and ensure successful implementation of initiatives.Key Responsibilities:
- Lead initiatives to foster culture change and improve workforce capability.
- Conduct organizational readiness assessments and present findings.
- Develop and present recommendations for change plans to leadership.
- Advise leadership on organizational development and behavioral change issues.
- Facilitate sustainable performance improvements within teams and the workforce.
Must Have Skills:
- Proven experience in leading organizational change initiatives.
- Strong understanding of organizational development principles.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
