The Opportunity:


CACI is seeking a motivated individual for a Change and Configuration Manager opportunity. You will use your professional experience in Change Management and Configuration Management to define and administer enterprise processes utilizing ServiceNow. You will ensure daily end-to-end delivery of Configuration Management services while managing change initiatives effectively across the organization. Qualified candidates will have a current TS/SCI with Poly, excellent communication skills (verbal and written), and will thrive at performing holistic analysis across multiple systems and processes. This position is ultimately responsible for the technical integrity of work performed and deliverables associated with Change and Configuration Management. Responsibilities:


Configuration Management:
•            Manage day-to-day activities of the Configuration Management process, including establishing priorities and work assignments
•            Track compliance to policies and procedures and resolve/escalate any compliance issues
•            Facilitate Configuration Management audits
•            Review critical incident outage resolution results and responses, and dispositions of failed changes due to CMS-related issues
•            Facilitate communication and engage business and IT management to encourage configuration management efforts and value proposition
•            Engage with strategic projects to ensure Configuration Management can deliver required CMS functionality within project timeframes
•            Review and approve all changes to the CMS infrastructure where applicable
•            Review and approve significant IT infrastructure changes to ensure impacts to configuration management data are properly addressed
•            Mentor the organization on Configuration Management services, concepts, policies, and procedures
•            Lead the Configuration Control Board (CCB) and enact changes as directed

Change Management:
•            Navigate and process requests for change (RFCs) by aligning them with the customer’s strategic objectives
•            Design, develop, and manage communications related to change initiatives to ensure all stakeholders are informed and engaged
•            Conduct impact analyses, assess change readiness, and identify stakeholders across IT teams, system administrators, developers, and end-users
•            Conduct thorough impact assessments to understand how changes will affect the organization, identifying potential risks and developing mitigation strategies
•            Support the design and delivery of training programs to ensure employees are equipped with the skills needed to adapt to changes
•            Administer and optimize ServiceNow for Change and Configuration Management processes



Qualifications:

Required:

•            TS/SCI Poly
•            Bachelor's degree with 7 years of related experience; or a Master's with 5 years of experience; an Associate's with 8 years of experience
•            Demonstrated experience with ServiceNow administration and configuration
•            Strong knowledge of ITIL framework and best practices
•            Proven experience in Change Management and Configuration Management processes
•            Experience leading Configuration Control Boards and Change Boards
•            Strong analytical skills with ability to perform holistic analysis across multiple systems and activities
•            Extensive experience using Microsoft suite of tools to include Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
•            Excellent written and verbal communication skills
•            Highly organized with ability to juggle many tasks at once
•            Intrinsically motivated and a self-starter


Desired:
•            ITIL certification (Foundation, Practitioner, or Expert level)
•            ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) or Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS)
•            Experience with Configuration Management Database (CMDB) design and maintenance
•            Project Management Professional (PMP) or similar project management certification
•            Experience in mentoring and training teams on ITSM processes
•            Previous experience in Program Integration

Pay Range:

There are a host of factors that can influence final salary including, but not limited to, geographic location, Federal Government contract labor categories and contract wage rates, relevant prior work experience, specific skills and competencies, education, and certifications. The proposed salary range for this position is:

$84,900 - $178,400
