Century Group is partnering with a client that is seeking a Talent Acquisition Manager to assist their team. Exact compensation may vary based on skills, experience, and location. Expected starting pay rate of $40.00 to $50.00 per hour.
Job Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage the full recruitment lifecycle across multiple business functions.
  • Oversee candidate tracking and ensure accurate workflow management within the applicant tracking system.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with third-party vendors, contractors, and staffing agencies.
  • Negotiate and manage contracts, service agreements, and vendor performance.
  • Provide strategic support to hiring managers and leadership to meet talent acquisition goals.
Requirements:
  • 7+ years of experience in talent acquisition or recruiting roles, preferably in a leadership capacity.
  • Familiarity with applicant tracking systems such as Lever; as well as previous experience with Paycom or Rippling.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and pivot quickly in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills for working with internal teams and external partners.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage complex workflows and ensure compliance with hiring processes.
Qualifications:
  • A Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Prior background within industries such as museums, arts, education, or entertainment.
  • Proven ability to build trust and maintain effective relationships with stakeholders.
  • Skilled in negotiating agreements and managing vendor partnerships.
  • Resilient, adaptable, and skilled at balancing multiple roles within an evolving organization.
