Southland Therapy is seeking a licensed Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) in Charleston, SC to serve as a part-time CFY Supervisor, providing mentorship and oversight for Clinical Fellows in pediatric early intervention settings.

About the Role
As a CFY Supervisor (SLP), you will:

Supervise and mentor Speech-Language Pathology Clinical Fellows (CFYs)

Provide guidance on evaluation, treatment planning, and documentation

Conduct required supervision activities per ASHA guidelines

Review sessions and provide structured feedback

Support CFYs working in home and daycare (natural environment) settings

ASHA CFY Supervisor Requirements
Candidates must meet American Speech-Language-Hearing Association supervision guidelines, including:

Hold current CCC-SLP certification

Completion of at least 2 hours of professional development in supervision/mentorship

Knowledge of and compliance with ASHA CFY supervision standards
