Job Details:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to join our dynamic healthcare team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in healthcare accounting and will play a critical role in strategic decision making and operations as we continue to enhance our quality of care and meet our financial goals. This is a permanent position, requiring a commitment to our mission and values, and a willingness to adapt to and lead in a fast-paced, rapidly evolving environment.

Responsibilities:
As CFO, you will be responsible for overseeing all financial operations and directing corporate financial planning and structure. Key responsibilities include:

1. Overseeing financial operations of the company including its subsidiaries and foreign operations.
2. Coordinating, analyzing, and reporting the financial performance to Management and Board of Directors (financial performance, projections and other special projects as required).
3. Preparing short and long-term financial forecasts of financial performance for use with internal management and external parties.
4. Overseeing audit and tax functions, coordinate activities with outside audit firms and review firms performance.
5. Developing, implementing and maintaining accounting and administrative policies and procedures for a wide-ranging set of activities including financial accounting and reporting, employee relations (hiring/terminating policies) and other corporate policies.
6. Proficiency in all aspects of corporate accounting and all pertinent GAAP, SEC rules and regulations including Sarbanes-Oxley compliance.
7. Responsible for all corporate and human resource activities including employee benefits, retirement plans, corporate insurance and related activities. This includes the coordination of these activities with all company locations.
8. You must have the ability to motivate teams to produce quality materials within tight timeframes and simultaneously manage several projects.

Qualifications:
The successful candidate must have a proven track record in strategic financial planning and analysis, with a deep understanding of the healthcare industry. Key qualifications include:

1. A Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance or Business. CPA, CMA, or other related certification is a plus.
2. A minimum of 5 years of experience in a senior financial managerial position, preferably in the healthcare industry.
3. Advanced proficiency in MS Excel and other MS Office applications, familiarity with accounting software, and a strong understanding of healthcare-related financial regulations.
4. A strong problem solver with a strategic approach, able to forecast, analyze and interpret complex financial data and make informed decisions.
5. Excellent communication and leadership skills, able to guide and motivate a financial team and work effectively with executives, staff, and external stakeholders.
6. Strong ethical standards and a commitment to maintaining the highest levels of confidentiality, integrity, and professionalism.
7. Proven negotiation skills with experience in managing relations with banks and other financial institutions.
