Collaboratively works with all members of the health care team, the patient and the patient\u2019s family/significant other to achieve expected outcomes. Practice is in accordance with Winchester Hospital\u2019s policies and procedures and the scope of practice for Registered Nurses in Massachusetts.Qualifications:Bachelors Degree in Nursing required. Massachusetts Registered Nurse License.Certified Wound and Ostomy Nurse (CWON) certification required. Wound, Ostomy and Continence certification (CWOCN) preferred.At least two years recent professional nursing experience with wound care.Active membership in professional organization preferred.Job Description: Pay Range: $37.08 - $92.84The pay range listed for this position is the base hourly wage range the organization reasonably and in good faith expects to pay for this position at this time. Actual compensation is determined based on several factors, that may include seniority, education, training, relevant experience, relevant certifications, geography of work location, job responsibilities, or other applicable factors permissible by law.
