Across Our Minneapolis Area Hospitals, You'll Have Opportunities To:

  • Practice high-quality medicine alongside collaborative, supportive veterinarians.
  • Utilize your CVT skills in anesthesia, advanced patient monitoring, dentistry, diagnostics, and nursing care.
  • Perform dental procedures, monitor complex anesthetic cases, and support a diverse surgical caseload.
  • Think critically, take ownership of your patients, and play an active role in treatment planning and case management.
  • Continue growing your skills through mentorship, continuing education, and a team that encourages professional development.

Compensation:

  • Certified Veterinary Technician: $25 - $28/ hour
    • Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location, and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.

Full-Time Benefits Package*

  • $2,000 Sign-on Bonus for active, good-standing Minnesota CVTs.
  • CE Allowance: $500–$1,000 based on tenure and credentials.

What We're Looking For:

  • Active, good-standing Certified Veterinary Technician (CVT) credential (or eligibility for certification) in the state of Minnesota.
  • Passion for providing exceptional patient care and client service.

Technical skills may include:

  • Anesthesia monitoring
  • Surgical assistance
  • Dental prophylaxis and dental radiography
  • Patient nursing care
  • Laboratory diagnostics
  • Digital radiography
  • Venipuncture and IV catheter placement
  • Exam room support and client education
  • Strong communication skills and a collaborative approach to teamwork.
  • Interest in practicing progressive, high-quality medicine.
  • Experience in general practice, surgery, or dentistry is welcomed, but we're excited to meet CVTs at every stage of their career.
