Hiring for Certified Surgical Technologist in Boston, MAPosition Details:- Duration: 13-week contract with possible extensions.
- Schedule & Shift: 4x10s with Days & Evening Rotation.
Compensation for Travelers (40hrs/week):- Gross Weekly Pay: $2,640/week.
- Taxable Weekly Pay: $720/week | W2 Rate: $18/hr.
- Non-Taxable Weekly Pay: $1,920/week.
Compensation for Locals (40hrs/week):- Gross Weekly Pay: $2,000/week.
- W2 Taxable hourly rate: $50/hr.
Job Details Requirements:- Min, 1-2 years of Surgical Tech experience,
- Strong OR and sterile field experience,
- Ability to work flexible day/night rotations.
- Certifications: BLS and NBSTSA/NCCT.
Additional Requirements:- Day/Night rotation required
- Includes at least 2 weeks of nights per contract
- Weekend rotation and short call required
- Weekend shifts may be 12 hours depending on schedule needs
