Navra is seeking a compassionate and dedicated Certified School Nurse (CSN) to join a supportive school district in Illinois for the 2026–2027 school year. This is a rewarding opportunity for both experienced school nurses and qualified new graduates who are passionate about promoting student health, safety, and academic success.
Position: Certified School Nurse (CSN)
Location: Illinois
School Year: 2026–2027
Interview Process: Virtual
Provide comprehensive nursing services to students in accordance with state regulations and district policies.
Assess, monitor, and manage student health needs, including chronic medical conditions and emergency care.
Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
Develop and maintain individualized healthcare plans and emergency action plans.
Collaborate with teachers, administrators, parents, and healthcare providers to support student well-being.
Maintain accurate health records and documentation.
Participate in IEP and 504 meetings as appropriate and provide health-related recommendations.
Active Illinois Certified School Nurse (CSN) License required.
Active Illinois Professional Educator License (PEL) required.
New graduates are encouraged to apply, provided they possess both their CSN license and PEL.
Must be able to work onsite (virtual candidates are not being considered).
