New compensation and call rates $75,000 sign on. Salary ranging from $312,000 to $347,000 W2 and 1099 options. Estimated call pay of $15,600 weekday call shift - $450 weekend call shift - $675 2-hour guaranteed call-back rate per shift 185. Extra Work Compensation Details Extra shift daily rate $200/hr guaranteed. Extra weekday call shift - $450. Extra weekend call shift - $675. Generous 8 weeks of paid time off annually. Strong commencement bonus and leadership opportunities.
