Local Team Collaboration

Join a close-knit, collaborative team of 27 CRNAs and 10 physicians delivering top-tier anesthesia care. Youll be supported by a Chief CRNA and Chief MD who foster a culture of mutual respect, professional development, and teamwork.

CRNAs practice at the top of their license, integral in managing diverse and complex cases. No call, no weekends.

Scheduling Collaborative On-Call Model

The dedicated CRNA team has the ability to work 8-10 and 12-hour shifts. Team members work together to optimize patient care, provide seamless handoffs, and support one another during high-acuity cases.

Flexible scheduling allows CRNAs to easily trade shifts, promoting work-life balance while maintaining exceptional patient care.

Compensation and Additional Benefits

W2: $245k yearly 1099: $275k19 yearly 8 weeks of scheduled time off Substantial sign-on bonus
