What You’ll Need:
- Certification: Current CRNA certification
- License: Active PA RN license
- Experience: Minimum of 2 years preferred
- Certifications: ACLS and PALS required
- Skills: Proficiency in GETA, MAC, Regional, Spinal, and US techniques
- Practice Knowledge: Ability to work in a fast-paced hospital environment, performing epidurals without a doctor present and managing a broad case mix
- Additional Requirements: Credentialing within approximately 90 days (expedited options available with leadership approval), clean file, and ability to work day shifts (4x10-hour days, 07:00-17:00)
Nice to Have:
- Experience with trauma, neuro/spine, cardiac, thoracic, vascular, OB/GYN, pediatric, plastics, ortho, and robotic procedures
- Familiarity with Epic EMR system
- Ability to adapt to a flexible schedule and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams
Preferred Education & Experience:
- Graduate of an accredited nurse anesthesia program
- Prior experience in a Level I Trauma hospital environment preferred
Other Requirements:
- Full-time coverage with no overtime expectations
- Employment type: W-2, with comprehensive medical benefits, weekly pay via direct deposit, and paid sick leave in accordance with applicable laws
- Additional reimbursements: Licensure, certification, travel, and other related expenses when applicable
- Work environment: Model: Medically Directed 1:3 (max 1:4), supporting a team of anesthesiologists, surgeons, and clinicians across various specialties
- Location: York Hospital, a 593-bed facility with diverse surgical units and special procedures including trauma, neuro/spine, cardiac, and more
