Required Skills:

  • Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA) certification and board certification
  • Active Pennsylvania license
  • Minimum of 2 years of anesthesia experience preferred
  • Proficiency in GETA, MAC, Regional, Spinal, US techniques
  • Ability to work independently while adhering to safety and procedural protocols
  • Strong interpersonal and teamwork skills
  • Certifications in ACLS and PALS

Nice to Have Skills:
  • Experience with epidurals without direct supervision
  • Familiarity with Epic EMR system
  • Exposure to trauma, neuro & spine, cardiac, thoracic, vascular, OB/GYN, pediatrics, plastics, ortho, and robotic procedures

Preferred Education and Experience:
  • Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Nursing with specialization in anesthesia
  • Proven experience in high-volume, complex surgical environments

Other Requirements:
  • Availability for night shifts—Friday to Sunday, 7PM to 7AM
  • Credentialing timeframe approximately 90 days (expedited options available with leadership approval)
  • No DEA required for this role
  • Travel and licensure reimbursements provided when applicable
