Quick Facts:

Pay & Benefits:
- Hourly Pay Rate: $218.59

What Youll Do:
- Provide anesthesia services in a tertiary hospital setting supporting patients age 12+
- Collaborate within a care team model (4:1 ratio) in a Level III facility
- Support specialized proceduresnote: CRNAs do not perform blocks, A-lines, epidurals, or spinals
- Assist in patient care and room turnover, ensuring smooth anesthetic workflows
- Follow all hospital protocols and safety standards using Epic EMR system
- Support staff with anesthesia aid preparations for 24-hour department coverage
- Complete shifts of 8, 10, or 12 hours depending on scheduling needs
What You Need:
Required:
- Valid MN RN license and CRNA certification
- Minimum of 1 year CRNA experience
- Current ACLS and BLS (Tier 2) certifications
- Ability to commit to at least two consecutive weeks per month for the initial three months
Preferred:
- Prior experience in tertiary hospital setting
- Strong teamwork and communication skills
