We are seeking dedicated, experienced Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetists to provide exceptional anesthesia care in a dynamic, fast-paced hospital environment. Required Skills:
- Active NBCRNA Certification as a CRNA
- Minimum of 1 year of professional anesthesia experience (no new grads)
- Proficiency in intubation, central line, arterial line, and line placement procedures
- Strong knowledge of anesthesia practices and patient safety protocols
- Ability to work collaboratively under supervision from anesthesiologists and support staff
Nice to Have Skills:
- Experience working in a Level 1 Trauma Center
- Familiarity with EPIC EMR system
- Ability to work NORA shifts
- Additional certifications in advanced airway management or invasive monitoring
Preferred Education and Experience:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Nursing or Anesthesia-related field
- Proven experience in high-acuity settings with multiple patient care responsibilities
- Prior live or simulated teaching experience with residents or trainees is a plus
Other Requirements:
- State licensure in Kentucky or willingness to obtain licensure
- Ability to work full-time, with flexible scheduling options including 8, 10, or 12-hour shifts; preference for 4x10 schedules
- Availability to work a 7:00 AM – 5:30 PM schedule, four days per week
- Must be willing to work NORA shifts as needed
