Job Title: Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA)

Required Skills:
- NBCRNA Board Certification
- Valid and active state license for Kentucky (or ability to obtain)
- Minimum of 1 year recent experience in a large medical center or Level I trauma setting
- Proficiency in intubation, central line placement, arterial line insertion, and line placements
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team under medical direction
- Excellent clinical judgment and patient care skills
Nice to Have Skills:
- Experience working with EPIC EMR system
- Knowledge of NORA protocols and procedures
- Previous experience in high-acuity trauma or neuro anesthesia
- Strong teaching and mentorship skills
Preferred Education and Experience:
- Graduates with at least one year of post-qualification experience in a high-volume trauma or tertiary hospital environment
- Demonstrated ability to handle complex cases and diverse patient populations
Other Requirements:
- Willingness to work NORA shifts as required
- Ability to obtain credentialing within 90 days
- Flexibility to start on or after August 17, 2026, with a 13-week initial contract and options for extension
- Must be able to work a 4x10 shift schedule (7:00 AM - 5:30 PM) with half-hour lunch breaks
- Must be willing to work holidays at 1.5x pay rate (New Years Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, Christmas)
- Commitment to maintaining professional certifications and licensure
