What You’ll Bring:
- Proven expertise in administering anesthesia across a variety of cases, including surgical procedures and obstetrics.
- Ability to perform ESI injections and pain management procedures.
- Strong clinical judgment, attention to detail, and a calm, professional demeanor under pressure.
- Excellent communication and team collaboration skills.
- Valid CRNA certification and relevant state licensure.
Nice to Have:
- Experience with trauma, emergency surgery, and obstetric anesthesia.
- Familiarity with hospital on-call procedures.
- Ability to adapt to flexible scheduling needs.
Preferred Education & Experience:
- Certified registered nurse anesthetist with at least 1 year of clinical anesthesia experience.
- Prior experience in hospital settings, preferably with OB and pain management exposure.
Other Requirements:
- Willingness to be on call during designated rotation periods, with the ability to report to the hospital within 20 minutes.
- Availability for four 10-hour night shifts per week (19:00 – 05:00), with a schedule of two weeks on, two weeks off.
- Coverage for travel and lodging expenses as applicable.
- Ability to commit to a 6-month assignment with potential for extension based on recruitment needs.
