Required Skills:
- Valid CRNA certification and current state licensure
- Minimum of 2 years of anesthesia experience, or at least 1 year working independently
- Current BLS and ACLS certifications
- Ability to support a variety of anesthetic procedures, including general, orthopedic, ophthalmologic, gynecologic, ENT, and plastic surgeries
- Strong clinical judgment and attention to detail
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
Nice to Have Skills:
- Experience with regional anesthesia techniques such as spinals and peripheral nerve blocks
- Prior experience in a critical access hospital or similar setting
- Familiarity with Cerner EMR system
Preferred Education and Experience:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Nursing with anesthesia specialization
- Extensive hands-on anesthesia practice in hospital environments
Other Requirements:
- Must be willing to work primarily 2-3 days per week, including varied shifts at Tyrone and Huntingdon locations
- Ability to obtain credentialing within 1-2 weeks
- No travel required, but travel reimbursements provided for arrangements to Pittsburgh Airport when applicable
