What You’ll Do- Provide anesthesia care for a variety of surgical procedures across multiple specialties
- Float between main location and NORA sites as needed
- Collaborate with anesthesiology team and surgical staff
- Ensure patient safety and comfort throughout perioperative experience
- Document all procedures accurately in EPIC EMR system
- Comply with facility protocols and safety standards
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives and unit meetings
What You Need- North Carolina RN license with CRNA certification
- 1-2 years of anesthesia experience (no new grads)
- ACLS and PALS certifications
- Ability to float and adapt to different OR settings
- Strong communication, teamwork, and patient care skills
About the Assignment
This assignment at a prominent hospital in Greensboro involves supporting anesthesia services across a busy surgical department equipped with state-of-the-art technology such as Drager anesthesia machines and Philips monitoring systems. The anesthesia team covers a wide patient population including general, orthopedic, gynecology, ENT, vascular, thoracic, cardiac, neuro, and trauma cases at a facility featuring 20 ORs and 5 NORA locations.
