Required Skills:
- Valid North Carolina RN license and CRNA certification
- 1-2 years of clinical experience in anesthesia practice (no new graduates)
- Ability to perform in a high-volume environment with 60+ cases per day
- ACLS and PALS certification
- Proficiency with Drager anesthesia machines and Philips monitoring systems
- Strong skills in cardiovascular, neuro, and pediatric anesthesia (preferred but not required)
- Flexibility to float between departments and adapt to diverse cases
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
Nice to Have Skills:
- Experience in vascular, neuro, or pediatric anesthesia
- Prior experience working with EPIC EMR system
- Willingness to license via Compact license (if applicable)
Preferred Education and Experience:
- Certified as a CRNA with active state licensure in North Carolina
- Minimum of 1-2 years of anesthesia practice in a hospital setting
- Comfortable working in a large, multidisciplinary department with general, ortho, GYN, ENT, vascular, thoracic, heart, neuro, and trauma cases
Other Requirements:
- Availability to work full-time (5x8 shifts, 7AM-3PM, Monday & Friday preferred but with flexibility)
- Willingness to work scheduled OT at 1.5x pay, with shifts potentially subject to cancellation
- Successful credentialing within 60-90 days
- Ability to work in a hospital environment and perform on-call or float duties as needed
- Must be able to start on 08/17/2026
