Required Skills:
- Current AZ RN license and certification as a CRNA
- Recent hospital anesthesia experience with a minimum of credentialing-ready status within 30 days
- Proficiency in anesthesia procedures and patient management
- BLS and ACLS certifications
- Strong communication and teamwork abilities
- Experience working with Cerner and SaAnesthesia EMR systems
Nice to Have Skills:
- Previous experience in ortho, trauma, spine, neuro, cath lab, or ambulatory surgery settings
- Familiarity with multi-specialty anesthesia cases
- Additional certifications or training in specialized anesthesia techniques
Preferred Education and Experience:
- Master’s or Doctorate degree in Nurse Anesthesia or related field
- At least 2 years of recent hospital-based CRNA experience in a similar setting
Other Requirements:
- AZ state license required upon application
- Ability to work scheduled shifts including 12-hour day shifts and potential OT after shifts
- Willingness to work on scheduled start date of June 16, 2026
- No DEA certification needed for this role, but all other certifications must be current
