Required Skills:

  • Current AZ RN license and certification as a CRNA
  • Recent hospital anesthesia experience with a minimum of credentialing-ready status within 30 days
  • Proficiency in anesthesia procedures and patient management
  • BLS and ACLS certifications
  • Strong communication and teamwork abilities
  • Experience working with Cerner and SaAnesthesia EMR systems

Nice to Have Skills:
  • Previous experience in ortho, trauma, spine, neuro, cath lab, or ambulatory surgery settings
  • Familiarity with multi-specialty anesthesia cases
  • Additional certifications or training in specialized anesthesia techniques

Preferred Education and Experience:
  • Master’s or Doctorate degree in Nurse Anesthesia or related field
  • At least 2 years of recent hospital-based CRNA experience in a similar setting

Other Requirements:
  • AZ state license required upon application
  • Ability to work scheduled shifts including 12-hour day shifts and potential OT after shifts
  • Willingness to work on scheduled start date of June 16, 2026
  • No DEA certification needed for this role, but all other certifications must be current
