Key Responsibilities:

• Provide anesthesia services for a variety of surgical procedures across general, vascular, orthopedic, urology, plastics, dental, IR, CDL, thoracic, peds, neuro, and cardiac specialties.
• Work in main ORs and outpatient settings, primarily at Memorial and other nearby hospitals.
• Manage anesthesia for patients of all ages, both inpatient and outpatient.
• Cover a flexible schedule with options for 5-8s, 4-10s, or 3-12s shifts, including some weekend availability.
• Participate in night shifts (19:00 - 07:00), with no call requirements.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams in a fast-paced environment, utilizing Cerner EMR system.

• Valid WV RN license and certification as a CRNA.
• Board certification in anesthesia.
• Minimum of 2 years of clinical anesthesia experience.
• Current ACLS, BLS, and PALS certifications.
• Ability to work independently and handle a broad scope of anesthesia cases.

• Prior experience in multiple surgical settings.
• Strong intraoperative decision-making skills.
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
• Experience working in ambulatory surgery centers and hospital ORs.

• Graduate degree in Nurse Anesthesia from an accredited program.
• At least 2 years of post-certification clinical experience in diverse surgical environments.

• Credentialing process expected to take 60-90 days.
• Must be willing to work varied shifts, including some weekends, but not exclusively weekends.
• Ability to adapt to multiple hospital settings within close proximity.
