Join Our Premier Healthcare Team as a Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA)!

Are you an experienced CRNA seeking an exciting opportunity to work in a dynamic, high-acuity hospital environment? We are looking for dedicated and flexible Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetists to provide exceptional anesthesia services across a busy Level 1 trauma center. What You’ll Do:
As a CRNA at our facility, you'll support anesthesiologists and fellow CRNAs in delivering safe, effective anesthesia care to patients of all ages across various units, including the Burn, Neuro, and ICU. Your role will involve working mostly 10-hour shifts, offering a variety of cases from GI and Cardiac to Rad Oncology and Neuro. Flexibility is key, as you will move among different units to meet the hospital's high standards for patient care and safety.

Required Skills:

  • Valid RN license and current certification by the AANA
  • NBCRNA board certification
  • Ability to work in a Level 1 trauma environment with high-acuity cases
  • Flexibility to work any day of the week and adapt to varied shift schedules
  • Strong clinical skills with experience in diverse surgical procedures and patient populations
  • Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
  • Willingness to obtain NC state licensure (IMLC acceptance preferred)

Nice to Have Skills:
  • Prior experience in trauma or high-acuity hospital settings
  • Additional certifications such as Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS), Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS)
  • Experience with diverse anesthesia modalities and complex cases
  • References available upon request

Preferred Education and Experience:
  • Graduate of an accredited Nurse Anesthesia program
  • At least 2 years of experience in a Level 1 trauma or similar high-acuity environment
  • Familiarity with multiple hospital units and procedures

Other Requirements:
  • Ability to work around 100 shifts with no planned leaves in June or July
  • Limited Friday time off per month (maximum of 1)
  • Willing to support licensing and credentialing processes, with expected credentialing time of 45-60 days
  • Must be able to work in the hospital’s fast-paced environment, supporting staff and adapting to different units as needed
  • Compensation at $206.70 per hour, with weekly direct deposit and comprehensive medical benefits
