Pilates Plus in Red Bank, NJ is seeking a Certified Pilates Reformer Instructor to join our team. We are a fast-growing Pilates studio focused on exceptional client experience, high-quality instruction, and a supportive team environment. We are looking for an instructor who is professional, reliable, and passionate about helping clients improve strength, mobility, and overall well-being.
Responsibilities include: • Teaching safe, effective, and engaging Reformer classes. • Offering modifications and progressions to support all fitness levels. • Providing excellent communication, customer service, and class energy. • Supporting the studio’s standards for professionalism, punctuality, and cleanliness. • Collaborating with the studio team to help create a positive client experience.
Requirements: • Current Pilates Reformer certification. • Experience teaching group reformer classes preferred. • Strong communication skills and a positive, team-focused attitude. • CPR/AED certification is a plus.
