Description
We are seeking an experienced Phlebotomist to join a busy OB/GYN practice. The ideal candidate will have a strong background working in women's health and be comfortable providing compassionate care to patients in all stages of reproductive health, including pregnancy and gynecological care.
Schedule: Monday–Thursday, 8:30 AM–5:30 PM | Friday, 8:30 AM–2:30 PM
Job Responsibilities
- Perform blood draws and specimen collection accurately and efficiently
- Label, process, and prepare specimens for laboratory testing
- Assist with patient intake and clinic workflow as needed
- Maintain accurate patient records and documentation in the EMR
- Adhere to all safety, infection control, and laboratory protocols
- Provide compassionate care to OB/GYN patients while maintaining patient confidentiality
Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years of recent OB/GYN or Gynecology experience
- Phlebotomy certification preferred (if applicable)
- Skilled in venipuncture and specimen collection
- Excellent patient care and communication skills
- Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a team-oriented environment
