What You’ll Do

- Reviewing patient medication lists for accuracy and completeness
- Helping patients understand how and when to take their medications
- Following up with patients who may be missing doses or struggling with adherence
- Coordinating refills, prior authorizations, and medication access
- Updating patient records and documenting care in EHR systems
- Collaborating with pharmacists to identify medication concerns or therapy opportunities
- Supporting quality care initiatives and workflow improvements
- Maintaining compliance with pharmacy regulations and HIPAA standards

Qualifications

- Active Pharmacy Technician certification (PTCB or NHA)
