What We're Looking ForDetroit Recovery Project is hiring a full-time Certified Peer Recovery Coach to join our Youth Recovery Housing Program serving young adults ages 18-24. This is a first shift position with a flexible start time between 7:00 a.m. and 9:00 a.m. and corresponding end times between 3:30 p.m. and 5:30 p.m. In this role, you will utilize your lived experience and professional peer support skills to empower young adults as they navigate recovery from substance use disorders. You'll provide encouragement, mentorship, advocacy, and practical support while helping residents build the skills necessary for long-term recovery and independent living.
