Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (School-Based)

We’re hiring COTAs to work with students across school districts in the Phoenix area. Full-time and part-time opportunities available for the upcoming school year.

• W-2 employment (no 1099 or unpaid admin time)
• School-based schedule (enjoy holidays and breaks)
• Flexible caseload assignments based on your preferences
• Opportunity to work in one or multiple school sites

• Provide occupational therapy services to students under the supervision of an OT
• Support IEP implementation and student goals
• Work within school settings including classrooms and therapy spaces
• Collaborate with teachers, special education staff, and related service providers
• Track progress and complete required documentation

• Associate’s degree from an accredited Occupational Therapy Assistant program
• Current Arizona COTA license (or eligibility)
• School-based or pediatric experience preferred

• Structured school-day schedules (no evenings or weekends)
• Manageable student caseloads
• Ongoing clinical support and supervision
• Consistent placement options throughout the school year
