Falls Village Rehabilitation & Wellness is seeking compassionate and motivated Certified Occupational Therapy Assistants (COTAs) to join our in-house rehabilitation department. We are currently hiring for both Full-Time and PRN (Weekday) positions.

Responsibilities

• Implement occupational therapy treatment plans established by the Occupational Therapist
• Provide individualized, evidence-based therapy services
• Accurately document treatments and resident progress using Net Health
• Collaborate with therapists, nursing staff, physicians, and other healthcare professionals
• Educate residents and caregivers on therapeutic techniques and safety
• Maintain compliance with all state, federal, and facility regulations

Qualifications

• Current Ohio Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) license in good standing
• Skilled nursing or long-term care experience preferred, but new graduates are encouraged to apply
• Strong communication, organizational, and teamwork skills
• Experience with Net Health is a plus
