Active COTA license required
Skilled Nursing Facility experience preferred
Previous Occupational Therapy Assistant experience required
BLS certification preferred
Assist Occupational Therapists with patient treatment plans
Help patients improve daily living and functional skills
Document patient progress and therapy activities
Support rehabilitation and restorative care services
Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare teams
