Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) – Home Health
We are seeking a compassionate and dependable Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) to join our Home Health team. In this role, you will provide one-on-one therapy in the home environment under the supervision of an Occupational Therapist, helping patients improve independence and safety in daily activities.

Position Details:
• Full-time schedule
• Salary: $62,000 – $72,000 annually
• Minimum productivity expectation: 6 points per week

Responsibilities:
• Provide occupational therapy treatments in patients’ homes under OT supervision
• Implement treatment plans focused on activities of daily living (ADLs)
• Assist patients with mobility, safety, and functional independence
• Educate patients and caregivers on adaptive techniques and equipment
• Document visits accurately and timely
• Communicate patient progress and concerns to the supervising Occupational Therapist
• Maintain compliance with Medicare and home health documentation requirements
Qualifications:
• Active Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) license
• Home Health experience preferred (not required)
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Ability to work independently in a field setting
