• Deliver hands-on occupational therapy services to patients with diverse rehabilitative and functional needs.
• Collaborate with occupational therapists, physicians, and the care team to develop and implement personalized treatment plans.
• Assist in providing therapeutic interventions, including exercises, adaptive equipment training, and activities to improve daily living skills.
• Monitor patient progress, make adjustments to interventions as needed, and maintain accurate documentation of therapy sessions.
• Educate patients and families on adaptive strategies, home modifications, and techniques to enhance independence and safety.
• Ensure care is delivered in accordance with facility policies, therapy guidelines, and regulatory standards.

• Active Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) license in Louisiana or compact state.
• 1+ year of experience in a clinical or rehabilitation setting preferred.
• BLS (Basic Life Support) certification required.
• Strong communication skills and a collaborative approach to patient care.
• Compassionate, patient-focused mindset with a commitment to improving functional independence.
