Post Rehab is looking for a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) to join our skilled nursing rehabilitation team. We are seeking a motivated clinician who enjoys helping residents improve functional ability, independence, and confidence through personalized therapy care.
What You'll Do:
- Carry out occupational therapy treatment plans under the supervision of the Occupational Therapist
- Assist residents with activities focused on self-care, coordination, mobility, and daily function
- Use therapeutic exercises, adaptive techniques, and functional activities to support resident goals
- Encourage participation and build positive relationships with residents throughout the rehab process
- Monitor patient response to treatment and maintain accurate documentation

Qualifications:
- Active COTA license required
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
