Responsibilities

  •  Provide occupational therapy treatments under the direction of a licensed Occupational Therapist. 
  •  Assist patients in improving daily living and functional skills. 
  •  Document patient progress and treatment outcomes accurately and timely. 
  •  Educate patients and caregivers on therapy programs and adaptive techniques. 
  •  Collaborate with physicians, therapists, nurses, and interdisciplinary team members. 
  •  Maintain compliance with all state, federal, and agency regulations. 
Qualifications

  •  Current Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) license in the state of practice. 
  •  Home health experience preferred, but not required. 
  •  Current driver's license, reliable transportation, and auto insurance. 
  •  Strong communication and organizational skills. 
  •  Ability to work independently while maintaining excellent patient care.
