LTC Therapy is hiring a COTA for a full-time role in our skilled nursing facility. Join a rehab team focused on improving resident independence and functional ability.

Responsibilities:

• Implement OT treatment plans under therapist supervision
• Assist residents with ADLs, exercises, and mobility activities
• Monitor progress and communicate updates to the OT
• Maintain accurate documentation
