Pay Rate: $16.43 – $21.98 per hour

Position Overview

ASA Healthcare Staffing is seeking compassionate and dependable Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) to provide direct patient care services to our nation's veterans at the Robley Rex Veterans Affairs Medical Center in Louisville, Kentucky.

CNAs will assist patients with activities of daily living and support nursing staff in delivering high-quality care in an acute care and long-term care environment.

Shift Availability

• Day Shift: 7:30 AM – 4:00 PM
• Evening Shift: 3:30 PM – 12:00 AM
• Night Shift: 11:30 PM – 8:00 AM

Additional 12-hour shifts may be available based on facility needs.

Responsibilities

• Assist patients with bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting
• Support feeding and meal assistance
• Assist with ambulation, transfers, and patient mobility
• Take and record vital signs
• Observe and report changes in patient condition
• Provide close patient observation and document care activities
• Maintain patient dignity and ensure a safe environment

Minimum Qualifications

• Current Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification
• Minimum of one (1) year of CNA experience within the last three (3) years
• Current BLS certification
• Ability to pass background screening and VA credentialing requirements
• Strong communication and patient care skills
• Must live within 75 miles of medical center
