    Part-Time | Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA/STNA)

    Schedule: Positions include every other weekend and every other holiday

    Available Shifts:

    -7:00 a.m. – 3:00 p.m. (Part Time)

    -11:00 p.m. – 7:00 a.m. (Full Time)

    -Provide direct, hands-on care to residents in accordance with individualized care plans

    -Assist residents with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and mobility

    -Accurately monitor and document vital signs and resident care activities

    -Follow infection control protocols and safety standards at all times

    -Respond promptly to resident needs while promoting dignity, comfort, and independence

    -Collaborate with nurses and interdisciplinary team members to ensure continuity of care

    -Contribute to a positive, culture-driven community with strong staff-to-resident ratios

    Minimum Qualifications

    -Current State Tested Nursing Assistant (STNA) certification or Certified Nursing Assistant certification in good standing with the Ohio Nurse Aide Registry

    -Previous experience working as an STNA or CNA in a long-term care or senior living setting

    -Ability to comply with all federal, state, and local health regulations, including required post-offer screenings (drug screening, criminal background check, and reference screening)

    -Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills

    -Ability to work independently and accurately complete assigned tasks

    -Demonstrated good judgment, integrity, and respect for others

    -Awareness of and sensitivity to residents’ individual needs, interests, and abilities

    -Strong commitment to compassionate, resident-centered customer service

    -Ability to meet the physical demands of the role, including assisting with resident transfers (50+ lbs.)
