Overview
Saunders Staffing Agency is currently building a priority roster of compassionate CNAs for an upcoming service expansion at a major healthcare facility in Richmond. We are looking for reliable professionals dedicated to providing exceptional patient care and supporting clinical excellence.
Key Responsibilities
Provide high-quality resident care in a professional long-term care setting.
Assist with activities of daily living (ADLs) and meal escorts.
Monitor resident status and report changes to the Charge Nurse.
Maintain accurate documentation and answer call lights promptly.
Requirements
Certification: Active, unencumbered Virginia CNA license.
Experience: Minimum of 6 months of experience as a licensed CNA.
Credentials: Current CPR and negative PPD/chest x-ray.
Compliance: Must pass a criminal background check and adhere to facility dress codes.
Availability: Seeking candidates for all shifts (1st, 2nd, and 3rd).
Shift 1: 7:00 a.m. – 3:30 p.m.
Shift 2: 3:00 p.m. – 11:30 p.m.
Shift 3: 11:00 p.m. – 7:30 a.m
