Certified Nursing Assistant (PRN) Department: Health Care Center Reports To: Assistant Director of Health Care Center FLSA: Non-Exempt Compensation: $20 Shift: Flexible Schedule Position Summary: Wesley Manor Retirement Community is seeking a compassionate, dependable, resident-focused full-time Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join our Health Care Center team. The CNA provides hands-on, person-centered care in a skilled nursing and long-term care environment while supporting resident dignity, comfort, safety, and quality of life. This position assists residents with activities of daily living, observes and reports changes in condition, and works closely with licensed nursing staff to support high-quality resident care.
