Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) - Multiple Hillcrest Locations

Location: Bellevue, Papillion, Millard, Gretna, and Omaha, NE

Service Line: Hillcrest Health & Living

Schedule: Full-Time and Part-Time | Days, Evenings, and Overnights Available

Hillcrest Health & Living is looking for compassionate and dependable Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) to join our teams across the Omaha metro area.

What You'll Do

As a Certified Nursing Assistant, you will provide hands-on care and support that helps residents maintain dignity, independence, comfort, and quality of life.

You will:

  • Assist residents with activities of daily living, including dressing, bathing, grooming, hygiene, mobility, and toileting.

  • Provide thoughtful, respectful support based on each resident's individual needs and preferences.

  • Help residents feel comfortable, safe, and connected throughout their day.

  • Observe changes in resident condition and communicate concerns promptly to the nursing team.

  • Assist with meals, hydration, mobility, transfers, and other daily care needs.

  • Build positive relationships with residents, families, and team members.

  • Support a clean, safe, and welcoming environment.

  • Follow resident care plans, infection-control practices, and Hillcrest policies and procedures.

  • Work closely with nurses and the broader care team to provide exceptional resident-centered care.

We are looking for CNAs who bring compassion, reliability, and a heart for serving older adults.

Ideal candidates will have:

  • An active Nebraska CNA license or the ability to transfer an active Iowa CNA license.

  • Direct patient care, senior living, healthcare, or caregiving experience preferred, but not required.

  • Strong communication and teamwork skills.

Physical & Other Requirements

  • Must be able to speak, read, and write English.
